Well I've decided to take requests now. :D If you would like me to create you a design or graphic then please READ the rules or I will not accept your request. Thank you. :]

1. DO NOT ask for a request only to steal or make new graphics from my design. OR the code!
2. DO NOT remove credits on the design or graphic.
3. I am only taking FIVE layout designs each month.
4. You may only request a layout design once a month. :]
5. Other graphics can be requested up to 4 times, so you can request up to 4 graphics each month.
6. If you are requesting a layout please do not request four other graphics.
7. To make sure you have read the rules you must follow rule 8.
8. Please put Kate Loves Tama-Chan in the box that says: Did you read the rules?
9. Please fill in the form correctly.
10. Please do not email me everyday asking, "When are you going to finish it!?" or "Hurry up!".
